Your website takes the booking, the desk runs the day, the software does the chasing, and the AI knows the whole business.
More customers, more revenue.
Online booking on your own site, a sales rep on it around the clock, and the membership program.
Handles the logistics.
Every booking, pickup, return and delivery on one screen, from the website or the counter.
Does the busy work.
Invoices written and sent. Late invoices, missed payments and late returns chased. Follow-up texts and emails drafted. The Google review asked.
Find anything in the business.
Any answer by asking, the accounting exports, what every machine earns and when it needs service.
Every machine with its rate and the days it is free. The customer picks the days, sees the whole price, pays, signs the agreement and sends their licence. The booking is on your desk before you open.
Why we built it. The chains moved their customers online years ago, and about half of online bookings land after closing. A customer deciding at 8 pm books with whoever can take it then.
One switch on the booking page. The member saves 5% today and 10% on every rental after, automatically. You get a customer who comes back, and permission to text and email them deals.
Why we built it. It costs the shop nothing to run. The list is on the desk, and the deals go out only to the people who said yes.
It answers every question from the machine's own numbers, your prices and your rules, at 2 am, and never makes up a price. When it needs more, it asks, and offers the usual answers as buttons. Then it books.
Why we built it. Every answered question is a call your counter did not take, and a customer who did not go to the shop that picked up.
This month's money against the target, what goes out and comes back today, what the truck delivers, and the things that need a person. Last night's online booking lands here by itself.
Why we built it. A whiteboard, a phone and a spreadsheet each know part of the day. The desk knows all of it, so nothing is typed twice and nothing is forgotten.
An AI layer is only as good as the context it is given. Here everything runs through one system: the website, the bookings, the customers, the texts, the campaigns, the machines, the money and the books. So it knows the whole business, not one corner of it.
Why we built it. A chatbot bolted onto a booking tool knows the booking tool. This one knows what a good employee knows.
Two machines are late. The desk already knows, has already written the texts from the bookings, and sends them on one press from the shop's own number, with your name on the approval.
Why we built it. Every late day is a rental you cannot make. Nobody at the counter has time to chase it.
The invoice is written and emailed the moment a booking is paid or put on account. Then the desk knows who is late, who has not paid and whose card failed. Each rule is a switch the owner sets: off, ask me first, or runs by itself.
Why we built it. Every unpaid invoice is your money sitting in someone else's account. Nobody at the counter has time to chase it.
The moment a booking is paid, the customer gets a text from the shop's own number with a private link to their booking page. No app, no login. Everything about the rental is on that page, before and after.
Why we built it. Every question a customer would have phoned about is answered on their page, and every action is a tap away. Texts carry booking information and the review ask, nothing else.
When the machine comes back, the customer is asked once, by text, with your Google review link. The ask goes out by itself; a bad rental lands on your desk first as the shop's own rating, so you hear about it before Google does.
Why we built it. Reviews are how the next customer finds you on Google. The shop that asks every time gets them; the shop that means to ask does not.
Someone who started a booking and never finished it gets an email after a set time. Seasonal campaigns go to the customers who should see them: who, which machine, when, drafted from your season, your fleet and your customer list. You approve, it sends, and every email reports the bookings it made.
Why we built it. A welcome after a first rental, a thank-you when the machine is back, a nudge to a lapsed member, a win-back. We make them with you; they run by themselves, only to people who said yes.
What came in this month by how it was paid, every hold, everything still owed. And beside it, Vetta AI: ask it anything about the business, tell it to do the job, and approve with one press.
Why we built it. The system already knows everything. The owner should not need a report, a menu or a training course to get an answer out of it.
Sales before tax, HST to remit, money in by how it was paid, money refunded. Any month, quarter or year. Every transaction, a summary by month, and a QuickBooks journal that imports as it is.
Why we built it. The desk's payments are matched to the card processor every day. A mismatch shows up here, not at month end.
Hours are read every time a machine goes out and every time it comes back, so the system always knows where each one is on its service clock. The maker's intervals do the rest: the desk shows what is due before it goes out. Fuel and repair receipts snapped on a phone land on the right machine.
Why we built it. Service happens inside the normal work of a rental, instead of a separate chore nobody has time for.
What every machine earned, how often it went out, and what it cost to keep. Most rented, least rented, what to buy more of and what to sell, from the numbers instead of a feeling.
Why we built it. Every rental and every receipt already lands on the machine. The numbers come for free.
Everything is connected: every booking, machine, customer and dollar. Any answer about your business, instantly. Anything that moves money or changes a booking waits for one press of approval.
Why we built it. The same AI answers customers on the website, from the same machines, prices and rules. Every correction and every rule carries into the next answer.
The website, the booking, the texts, the desk, the truck, the money, the books. One system that knows the whole business, built for this shop and run with the owner. Now the desk.
